Character

We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable teachers who enjoy working with people and know how to create engaging lessons.
You should be confident, positive and able to build strong relationships with your students, while also being organised, reliable and professional in your communication with both learners and the wider team.
Teaching Style

Our approach is student-centred and conversation-driven, and teachers are expected to deliver lessons that prioritise meaningful, practical communication.
You should feel comfortable guiding discussions to uncover language gaps, encouraging students to speak as much as possible, and providing clear, effective real-time corrections that help learners develop confidence, accuracy and fluency in a supportive environment.
Qualifications

Applicants should hold a recognised teaching qualification such as TEFL, CELTA or an equivalent, and be confident explaining complex grammar, vocabulary and expressions using clear examples.
In addition, all teachers are required to have completed higher education and hold a degree from a college or university.
